어느날 키우던 스파티필름에 

흰꽃이 쭉 뻗어 올라와 있는 것을 발견했다. 

며칠째 관심도 주지 않았던 탓에 

꽃이 피어나는 과정도 보지못했다. 

그리고 그날 백화점을 방문했는데 

그곳에서 또 다른 스파티필름이 아름답게 흰꽃을 피우고 있었다. 

그날따라 시끌벅적한 군중속에 하얗게 핀 꽃이 

유난히 우아하게 느껴졌고, 

이 꽃처럼 우아하고 싶다는 생각이 들었다. 

어떻게 하면 우아하게 살아갈 수 있을까... 

무엇보다 스스로 떳떳하고 마음의 여유가 있어야 한다. 

그러려면 나를 보는 양심의 눈 하나 가슴에 꼭 품고 살아야겠다. 

One day, I found white flowers stretched out 

on my spathiphyllum. 

I haven't seen the process of flowers blooming 

because I haven't been interested in them for days. 

And I found another spathiphyllum was 

blooming beautifully 

in the middle of a crowded shopping mall. 

On that day, the white flower in the noisy crowd 

felt exceptionally elegant, 

and I wanted to be as elegant as this flower. 

How can I live gracefully... 

Above all, I should be conscientious 

and have the freedom of mind. 

To do so, I think I should have a conscientious eye 

that watches my mind.
